SPA Therapist

The Role Join our luxury hotel team in Kuwait as a SPA Therapist, where you will provide exceptional spa treatments and therapies to enhance our guests' relaxation and well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a serene environment with a focus on wellness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : - Deliver various spa treatments such as massages, facials, and body therapies in accordance with our services standards. - Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments to enhance their experience and well-being. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment rooms and spa equipment. - Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests. - Keep accurate records of treatments provided and update guest profiles as needed. - Stay updated on latest spa techniques and industry trends to ensure the highest level of service. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to promote spa services and special offers. Requirements - Certified SPA Therapist with recognized training and relevant experience in spa treatments. - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage and therapy techniques. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse guests. - Ability to provide personalized care and maintain professionalism at all times. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Passion for wellness and guest satisfaction, with a positive and friendly attitude.
