If you make 19,200 KWD a year living in Kuwait, you will be taxed 2,082 KWD. That means that your net pay will be 17,118 KWD per year, or 1,427 KWD per month. Your average tax rate is 10.8% and your marginal tax rate is 8.5%. This marginal tax rate means that your immediate additional income will be taxed at this rate. For instance, an increase of 100 KWD in your salary will be taxed 8.50 KWD, hence, your net pay will only increase by 91.50 KWD.
A 1,000 KWD bonus will generate an extra 915 KWD of net incomes. A 5,000 KWD bonus will generate an extra 4,575 KWD of net incomes.
