Description

The Supervisor - Hydrotest will be responsible for overseeing hydrotesting operations, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in hydrotesting, combined with leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise hydrotesting operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and review hydrotest procedures and documentation.
Manage and coordinate the hydrotest team and resources effectively.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures during hydrotesting activities.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of hydrotesting equipment.
Monitor and report on the progress of hydrotesting projects and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in hydrotesting operations or related field.

Strong understanding of hydrotesting procedures and safety regulations.

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
