Project Manager - Electrical

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager - Electrical to lead and manage electrical projects in the FMCG and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in managing electrical engineering projects, with a strong background in overseeing electrical installations, operations, and project deliverables. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing electrical projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Coordination : Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical projects from initiation to completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.

Team Leadership : Manage and guide a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to ensure high performance and efficient project completion.

Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Budget & Cost Control : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and effective allocation of resources. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience : Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, systems design, and construction practices.

Project Management Skills : Expertise in project management methodologies, including risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
