Proposal Engineer

About the client

Our client is a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Kuwait, specializing in architecture, engineering, and urban planning. The firm has been involved in numerous prestigious projects, including infrastructure, high-rise buildings, healthcare, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for infrastructure and high-rise developments.
• Analyze tender documents and coordinate with design, estimation, and planning teams.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical inputs.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in proposal/tendering roles within engineering or construction.
• Experienced in infrastructure and high-rise project requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and familiar with tendering procedures.
• Preferably someone who is already in Kuwait.
