Mission :

Create an addictive experience for our clients ensuring sales in accordance with our DNA, Sephora Attitude and meeting the objectives set by the Store Manager / Director.

Responsibilities

Client Experience :

• Win clients loyalty.
• Welcome, listen to, understand, shape and satisfy client needs, exceeding their expectations.
• Share skincare, makeup or fragrance knowledge to build the sale and basket.
• Introduce complimentary services to the client and assist to uplift the average basket sales.
