Job descriptionPreparing care plans for patients Administering medications and treatments Monitoring vital signs Maintaining medical records Providing health education to patients Working with an interdisciplinary team to create a rehabilitation plan for patients Checking a patient’s vitals Managing patient files You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences. You have working knowledge of ICU, Emergency Room, Oncology nurse, Surgical nurse and ER nurse You are a strong networker & relationship builder You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
