We are seeking a multi-certified, inspiring, and business-savvy Head Coach to lead the launch of a new luxury boutique fitness studio in Kuwait. This is a leadership role where you will not only deliver exceptional classes but also shape the culture, operations, and growth of the brand.
The Role:
As Head Coach, you will be the face of the studio, teaching premium group and private sessions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and mentoring a future team of trainers. You will contribute to program innovation, client retention, and community building, while also representing the brand across social media and events.
About the Studio:
- Opening 2026 in Kuwait
- Boutique, infrared-based fitness and wellness space
- Focus on sculptural, heated, and empowering group classes
- Community-driven and aesthetics-aligned
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in boutique fitness, including leadership/operations
- Certifications:
* Lagree Level 1 & 2 (mandatory)
* At least 2–3 additional certifications (Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Functional Strength)
* PT certification is a plus
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Proven track record in leadership, operations, and client retention
- Comfortable with social media, camera presence, and content creation
- Inspiring, professional, solution-oriented, and aligned with luxury boutique culture
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver classes across multiple modalities
- Create new programs & signature formats aligned with the brand identity
- Manage daily operations (scheduling, quality assurance, client communication)
- Mentor and develop trainers for future growth
- Provide solutions and leadership in operational challenges
- Represent the brand in marketing campaigns & social media content
- Lead workshops and events to enhance community engagement
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
-Tax-free monthly Salary: 1,100 – 1,300 KWD (approximately US$ 3 600 - 4 250)
- Commissions:
*20% on personal training sessions
*20% on workshop revenue
*20% on any classes taught above 6 per day

- Accommodation: Allowance (150–200 KWD) or shared housing

- 30 Days paid annual leave
