Job Description :
The function is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining an organization's computer networks and operating systems (Windows + Linux). This function also includes to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure while providing technical support to resolve network-related and end-user issues.
Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain network appliances, including switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Evaluates and proposes technical security solutions and technologies by working with vendors and other support teams
- Assist with user account management in Windows Active Directory, permissions, and access control.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers
- Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
- Handles all the management of mail servers, SAN storage and Load balancers
- Manages the VPN + point-to-point connections and coordinate with service providers
- Resolves process related issues to provided services
- Manage server's backup
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure network performance and security.
- Effective communication skills are also crucial for interacting with team members and non-technical staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Linux.
- Write and maintain scripts for system maintenance, automation of tasks, and integration of systems.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science.Certification in Networking is required (CCNA and MCSE) is an added value.Linux certifications (Red Hat Certified System Administrator) is an added value.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network admin role.Required Professional Skills :
