Market Access Manager - KQOB

As Market Access Manager , you will be responsible for developing and leading the Market Access strategy to maximize GSK’s reach within the Public / Tender reimbursement system. Working cross-functionally with Government Affairs and other internal teams, you will provide the organization with strategies and tools to enhance payer engagement, leverage current opportunities, and mitigate future challenges across the GCC region, ensuring launch readiness and sustainable growth for our vaccines portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Market Access Manager, you will lead GSK’s efforts in the following areas :

Market Access Strategy and Operational Execution :

• Develop a detailed understanding of the access landscape across the GCC region to identify barriers and bottlenecks, both from a GSK and a patient perspective in the Tender / Public Sector.
• Lead the Launch Excellence Plans and Market Access Strategy for the region in relation to Tender / Public Sector, with a specific focus on vaccines innovation.
• Establish relationships with Public Health Authorities and explore partnership opportunities to accelerate reimbursements for GSK’s new brands and formulary inclusions. Develop strategies to expand patients’ access across broader patient categories.
