Job Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this role manages the full lifecycle of power sections for drilling tools, including inventory control, usage tracking, and documentation. Responsibilities also involve advising on tool assembly, conducting inspections and performance tests, and coordinating rework and shipments in close collaboration with the logistics team and suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY :
- Rework Responsibilities : Get list of repairable parts from the service supervisor Contact and arrange shipping to suppliers (local and external) Create and follow up on POs for rework parts Provide any necessary technical information including drawings, procedures, standards to the supplier to enable performing the rework
- Power Sections Responsibilities : Manage the fleet of power sections for drilling motors, agitators and coil tubing tools Keep track of the inventory and status of all rotors and stators and maintain historical usage information. Maintain all documents related to power sections (MTC, reline COC, . Advise which power section to assemble based on the fit calculation and required configuration given by application engineers. Take measurements of all power sections post job Perform the dyno tests for the assembled tools (Motors, Agitators and CT) Carry out the borescope inspection for the stators as per service manual and LSPs. Arrange shipping of the power sections to the reline / re-coat suppliers. Coordinate with the logistics team for import / export. Create and follow up on POs for stator relines and rotor re-coat. Complete all necessary documentation and data entry during service process. Maintain 5S / housekeeping of work area. Communicate to Management any issues with equipment, tools, inspections, and HSE concerns. Other duties as assigned.

Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree.5 years’ experience in a related role.Good computer skills including Microsoft office (especially MS Excel).EDS & TAT knowledge.Good written communication skills.
