Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician with a strong background in using MAXIMO for maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in mechanical systems maintenance, capable of handling preventive and corrective tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
Utilize MAXIMO software for work order management, tracking inventory, and scheduling maintenance tasks.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical failures in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance using MAXIMO.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery reliability and reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, specifically with 7-10 years in a relevant field.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Proficient in using MAXIMO or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Solid troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical repairs.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
