Executive Coordinator to the CEO

Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO calendar, appointments, and high-level meetings.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings and engagements.
Act as the primary point of contact, handling professional and discreet communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Maintain strict confidentiality while managing sensitive documents and critical information.
Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on key executive projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
Assist in planning and executing corporate events and strategic executive engagements.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic preferred.
