HR ASSISTANT , for a leading oil & gas company which is located in KUWAIT

• Recruitment Support :
• Assist with posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
• Record Management :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave details.
• Onboarding & Training :
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, manage training sessions, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
