What You Will Do

Lead daily kitchen operations for the Asian Speciality Restaurant

Create, develop, and execute menus inspired by authentic Asian dishes

Ensure consistency, flavor, and quality in every plate served

Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic culinary team

Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient kitchen operations

Enforce hygiene and food safety standards in line with HACCP regulations

Collaborate with senior leadership on seasonal menus and guest dining experiences

Drive innovation while honoring traditional techniques and flavors

What You Bring

Asian chef with authentic expertise in Asian cuisine

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end Asian restaurant

Extensive knowledge and proven hands-on skills in Asian culinary preparation

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills

Recognized Culinary Certification and Food Safety & Sanitation credentials

Creativity, passion for gastronomy, and a guest-centric mindset
