We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to lead our insurance operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, and insurance team, developing policies, evaluating claims, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Policy Review, Claims Preparation,

Analytical support of various types of insurances both HR related (Life, Medical, WC etc.) and non-HR

related

Responsibilities

Well-versed in all aspects of insurance / risk management

Thorough knowledge of MS Office and similar applications

Ability to work independently

• Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures
• Manage and supervise the insurance team
• Evaluate and assess insurance claims and risks
• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding insurance products
• Conduct market research to identify potential insurance products and services
• Prepare and present reports on insurance performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers and brokers

Skills and Qualifications

Academic Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mathematics / Science / Commerce / Management

Professional Qualification

ACII (Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute London) or

FIII (Fellow of Insurance Institute of India) or

MIRM (Master of Institute of Risk Management, UK) or

Associate in Risk Management (ARM)

Financial / analytical skills necessary to understand and deal with insurance matters
