We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our technical department by maintaining documentation, assisting in report preparation, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure the accuracy and compliance of technical records. This role is critical in streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update technical documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of technical reports and proposals.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in documentation processes.
- Perform data entry and database management related to technical projects.
- Support the technical team in administrative tasks and scheduling.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical documentation tools.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Familiarity with technical terminology and engineering concepts.Experience with data management and record-keeping systems.Skills Required
