Finance Manager

الوصف الوظيفيDevelop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to guide decision-making processes. Manage and optimize the company's cash flow to support operational needs and investment activities. Implement effective cash management strategies and monitor liquidity. Analyze and control costs to optimize operational efficiency and enhance overall financial performance. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and compliance. Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial interests. Monitor changes in market conditions and regulations affecting the industry. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for audits and examinations. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure the professional development of the finance team.
