We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is a top-tier opportunity for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead operations in a high-end fast-paced and guest-focused environment.

Start date: ASAP
Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium upscale ongoing or fast-casual concepts)

Candidate Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a restaurant manager role within premium standalone restaurants (not hotels)

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Strong background in service excellence guest relations and daily operations

  • Must have previous GCC experience

  • Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to relocate and start immediately

Preferred Cuisine Background:

  • Italian

  • American

  • Pan-Asian (Cantonese Thai Vietnamese etc.)

Salary Package: KWD 900 / month (approx. 2930 USD)

  • Basic Salary: KWD 600
  • Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional) or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 225 KWD 75 depending on the employee s preference.

Visa Stamping Information:

The candidate will be responsible for the cost of visa stamping in their home country.
