Job Location: Kuwait

Salary: KWD 125 / INR 38,800 per month + Overtime

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our hospitality team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced professional kitchen and working effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
  
• Ensure proper taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of food.
  
• Perform food preparation activities including cutting, chopping, marinating, seasoning, and cooking.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
  
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
  
• Assist with inventory management, proper storage, and stock rotation of food ingredients.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
  
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  
• Follow instructions from the Chef/Supervisor and support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
  
• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred/required.
  
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
  
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
