Supervisor – Ice Cream Sales

Position Summary:

Responsible for driving the success of KDD’s Ice Cream product line by executing sales activities, leading and motivating the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth while supporting the implementation of sales strategies and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sales activities for the Ice Cream product line to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and coach drivers and helpers to improve sales performance and service quality.
• Conduct field sales visits with team members, demonstrating effective selling techniques and providing on-the-job support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Address customer complaints and service issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management review.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and report any fines, accidents, or delivery-related issues.
• Monitor product handling and distribution activities to minimize product damage and operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across daily operations.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, attendance, leave management, and manpower coverage to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Provide input for performance appraisals and training needs of team members.
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to the Direct Manager.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Direct Manager.

Required Qualification:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG Sales, Route Sales, Distribution Sales, or a related field.
• Experience in supervising sales teams, drivers, and helpers within a fast-paced distribution environment.
