Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the operational efficiency of machinery and equipment during assigned shifts.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other engineers and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and prevent operational delays.
- Document all maintenance activities and report any significant issues to the senior engineering team.
- Assist in the implementation of engineering projects and upgrades as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)3-10 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsProficiency in using diagnostic and repair toolsExperience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other automation technologiesKnowledge of safety regulations and practices in an industrial settingExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedulesSkills Required
