Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate process performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for process design and engineering changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3-10 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with quality control and assurance practices.Skills Required
