Tasks

• Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations and management of the bakery section, ensuring high-quality production of baked goods.
• Develop and test new recipes for pastries and bread, incorporating local tastes and innovative techniques to enhance the menu offerings.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering an empowering and ethical work environment that aligns with the company's values.
• Ensure all bakery items are prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to source and select the finest ingredients, maintaining accountability for inventory and cost management.
• Possess strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, sweets, and chocolates.
