As the North Gulf Scheduling & Competency Specialist – Completions and Wellbore Interventions
you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities by optimizing the utilization of its resources.
As the North Gulf Scheduling & Competency Specialist – Completions and Wellbore Interventions, you will be responsible for :
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion.
- Enable flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short, mid and long term).
- Balance resource demand across their area.
- Monitor and optimize personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime.
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
