The responsibilities of the RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER include but are not limited to :

• To develop new product along with Technical Manager according to the market need and to modify the existing product upon the performances if required.
• Planning directions for research with the departmental team.
• To formulate and monitor control of various parameters of paint processing.
• Product Development for the achievement of desired quality at its optimum level, should be able to lead and develop in the R&D of innovative products and specialized applications related to paint products.
• Site visit and discussion with Clients upon any noncompliance.
• Coordinate for formulation, RM selection, International test methods, quality control techniques and chemical intuitive skills.
