What You Will Do

Oversee sanitation and cleaning of all kitchen equipment, silverware, and back-of-house areas.

Assist the Stewarding Manager in hiring, training, and managing the stewarding team.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards.

Ensure preventative maintenance and safe use of stewarding equipment and dish machines.

Manage inventory and control breakage, waste, and supply usage.

Support banquet operations by coordinating equipment and logistics with other departments.

Assist with overnight cleaning shifts and departmental reporting.

What You Will Bring

Proven supervisory experience in a stewarding or kitchen operations role in a luxury hotel.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP preferred).

A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communicator and team collaborator.
