الوصف الوظيفيMust be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active nursing license. Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in any healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, OR, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent. Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Amaken is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a well-established reputable hospital in Kuwait. Prior experience in home care is a plus but not required, applicants with backgrounds in hospital, clinic, or operating room settings are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage medical equipment as needed.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, medications, and overall health management.
- Document all care activities accurately and in accordance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while providing in-home care.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition promptly.
