Position : Adoption & Change Management - Lead Consultant
Number of positions : 1
Location : Kuwait
Employment Type : Freelance / Consulting (Full-Time)
Duration : 6 months (Extendable)
Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations. This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. User Adoption Strategies :
- Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements.
- Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan.
- Monitor and track adoption progress, providing consistent updates and adjustments as needed.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Certification : PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
Experience : Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management is required.
