Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client's team, a prestigious Luxury 5-Star Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance the hotel's presence in the luxury market. You will lead a passionate sales team, establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, and actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the hotel's continued success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and negotiating to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management presentations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in a Sales Manager position.Previous / current Experience with 5-star Hotels for Rooms Sales & Venues.A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment.Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.Open to relocation to Saudi ArabiaBenefits
