Description

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Analyser Technician to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and instrumentation, capable of performing precise analyses and ensuring the accuracy of results. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our laboratory operations and supporting various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments.
  • Analyze samples using various techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document and report results of analysis in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on instrument usage and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a laboratory setting, specifically with analytical instruments.
  • Proficient in the operation and maintenance of analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis spectrophotometers.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
