Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field. 10-15 years of experience in instrumentation supervision within industrial environments. Proficiency in calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of various instrumentation devices. Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, and SCADA. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and API. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Supervisor to lead our instrumentation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising instrumentation projects, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of instrumentation systems, and fostering a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage instrumentation installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in instrumentation work.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review project requirements and specifications.
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of instrumentation systems and processes.
