Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a signature menu of authentic European pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.

Bring creativity and innovation to establish the concept as a destination for world-class pastries.

Manage day-to-day pastry production while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

Oversee ingredient sourcing and cost control to ensure high standards and efficiency.

Train, lead, and inspire the pastry team to uphold the concepts vision.

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in leading pastry boutiques, luxury cafés, or fine dining.

Strong expertise in European pastry techniques and trends.

Creativity in recipe development, flavor pairing, and visual presentation.

Leadership skills with the ability to build and train a team.

Culinary or pastry degree / certification is highly desirable.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
