Responsibility

• Lead and manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and performance metrics
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions to ensure company stability
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes in coordination with the accounting team
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices
• Evaluate financial risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Support strategic initiatives, investments, and financial modeling for new projects
• Supervise and mentor junior finance / accounting staff
