Assistant Field Engineeer   - Cementing

Location : Kuwait

Technical Support and Service Execution

1- Support the design and delivery of well-engineered, cost-effective solutions for customers.

2- Utilize company software and tools to assist in job planning and execution.

3- Ensure to follow operational best practices to ensure service delivery meets quality standards.

Customer and Team Interaction

1- Maintain a professional and collaborative approach while engaging with customers on-site.

2- Assist in addressing client queries and providing technical support in consultation with Senior Engineer.

3- Support the development of customer relationships by promoting the company’s products and services.

4- Collaborate with field operators and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.

Safety, Compliance, and Quality Assurance

1- Adhere to all company and client safety standards, policies, and procedures and ESG initiatives.

2- Participate in safety training, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.

3- Monitor job execution to identify and report any potential hazards or risks.

Learning and Development

1- Continuously learn and enhance technical knowledge related to oilfield services, tools, and processes.

2- Participate in training programs, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to build expertise.

3- Stay updated with the latest industry practices and technologies.

Operational Support

1- Assist in job risk analysis, troubleshooting, and the resolution of operational challenges.

2- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, job summaries, and documentation.

3- Support equipment inventory management and logistics coordination for field operations.

Experience and Qualification :

Bachelor’s Engineering in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, preference will be given to Masters degree.

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in oilfield services, with exposure to technical support, operations, and customer engagement.

Relevant certifications in oilfield services, project management is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria :

Strong understanding of cement chemistry and the various additives used in cementing operations.

Proficiency in innovative design, Laboratary testing and software used for data analysis.

Technically sound in cementing field

P&L understanding

Digitally savvy

Ability to interpret well-site data and integrate it into operational planning.

Experience in oilfield operations, including cementing and laboratory testing.

Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
