Job Title : Senior Estimation Engineer I Location : Remote (Candidates from Egypt only)

Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time I Salary : Paid in Egyptian Pound or USD

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join our team remotely. This position is open to candidates based in Egypt with hands-on experience in Tekla. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for structural steel projects while providing technical and commercial guidance to the Estimation and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed cost estimates for project proposals, including material quantities, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to identify all relevant cost factors.
• Maintain and update the company's cost database, including material prices, labor rates, and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers to ensure the technical and commercial viability of proposed solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to Tendering Engineers and Project Support Design Engineers on estimation best practices.
• Present proposals to top management for approval in collaboration with the Sales Department, ensuring margins and profit are in line with company goals.
• Prepare reports on the performance and progress of the estimation team for the Estimation Manager.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimation methodologies and tools.
