We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rider Operations department, managing a team dedicated to supporting our growing Rider Fleet. This team is essential to ensuring our riders have everything they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Communications :  Create, design, and write outbound communications to riders using channels such as email, push notifications, and our internal website.
• Intel Gathering and Reporting :  Develop and manage rider intel gathering processes, including surveys and focus groups, to share insights on industry trends and rider pain points.
• Rider Engagement :  Plan and execute creative rider engagement events while managing the Rider Engagement budget for Kuwait.
• Project Collaboration :  Work with local and central teams to launch new projects.
• Seasonal Campaigns :  Focus on seasonal campaigns, including sourcing partnerships and managing perks campaigns.
