Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards Presentable appearance with a courteous and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and possess exceptional service skills to enhance the dining experience of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or large groups.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Process payments and manage cash register operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in fine or casual dining restaurants
