Skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience overseeing construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, with the added capability to prepare and review shop drawings accurately.

Tasks

المهام

  • تخطيط وجدولة والإشراف على جميع مراحل مشاريع البناء من البداية حتى الانتهاء.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والمهندسين وفِرَق الموقع لضمان توافق الأعمال مع مواصفات المشروع.
  • مراجعة وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية للعناصر الإنشائية والمعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية.
  • تنفيذ والإشراف على أعمال التصميم الداخلي، بما في ذلك تصميم المتاجر والمساحات، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العلامة التجارية والوظائف.
  • متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع، وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.
  • تحديد المشكلات في الموقع وحلها لتفادي تأخيرات المشروع أو تجاوز التكاليف.
  • ضمان الالتزام بجميع اللوائح والقوانين والمعايير المحلية الخاصة بالسلامة.
  • إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع والتأكد من أن المواد وجودة التنفيذ تلبي المعايير المطلوبة.

TASK

Execute and oversee interior design works, including shop and space design, to meet brand and functional requirements.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
  • Review and prepare shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP components.
  • Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues on-site to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
  • Document project activities including progress reports, meeting notes, and change orders.
