Rig Superintendent - Land Rigs - Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rig Superintendent with expertise in 3000 horsepower (hp) deep drilling and High-Temperature High-Pressure (HTHP) LAND rig  operations . This is a residential position to be based in Kuwait

Responsibilities :

• Provide overall supervision and management of drilling operations on the rig.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Monitor and control drilling activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Coordinate with the drilling team to develop drilling plans and strategies.
• Ensure that drilling procedures and best practices are followed.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for improvements and optimization.
• Supervise and train drilling personnel to maintain a high level of competency and safety awareness.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of drilling operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on drilling activities, performance, and future plans.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.
