The responsibilities of the Van Salesman include but are not limited to :
- Drive the company van to visit customers, including automotive workshops, garages, retailers, and benchmark shops within the assigned territory.
- Actively promote and sell lubricant products, showcasing their features, benefits, and application recommendations to customers.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to influence customers and secure lubricant product sales.
- Plan and organize daily sales activities, including scheduling customer visits, optimizing travel routes, and managing van inventory.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their lubricant needs.
- Conduct regular visits to customers.
Specific Knowledge & Skills : -
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license.Experience :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry or a related field.3-5 years’ experience in same position, Similar field is preferable.
