MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible to acquire, retain & expand relationships with customers by identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions for the customer to consider & accept
- Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
- Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
- Ensure fairness in all aspects of company strategy, sales processes, customer correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handling
- Provide weekly / periodic reports to Regional Corporate Manager as and when required
ESSENTIALS / REQUIREMENTS :
Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / IT / BusinessMinimum 2 years experience in managing commercial relationshipKnowledge of IT Products / Services & SolutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)Effective presentation, implementation and follow-up skillsMust have transferable residenceThis job has been sourced from an external job board.
