Position : Part-Time German Customer Care Specialist (Remote – Europe)

We are currently looking for two experienced and customer-oriented professionals fluent in German to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be supporting a premium client within the medical and pharmaceutical sector. This is a fully remote position available to candidates based in Europe.

Role Summary

You will play a key part in ensuring compliance and quality within pharmaceutical packaging processes while delivering exceptional service to patients, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to orders, products, service issues, and general concerns.
  • Manage order entry for home patients and medical clinics.
  • Accurately document all interactions according to company protocols.
  • Independently handle issues related to shipments, returns, credits, and orders.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately when necessary.
  • Process expedited orders and manage returns or credits as required.
  • Onboard and maintain records for new patients.
  • Collaborate with clinics and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep patient prescriptions and records up to date.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Ensure all procedures related to complaint handling and compliance are strictly followed.

Ideal Profile

Key Qualifications :

  • Native-level fluency in German and strong proficiency in English.
  • Residency within the European Union.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator, capable of leading conversations and asking the right questions.
  • Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Training & Work Schedule :

  • Paid training provided.
  • Work hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CEST.
  • One shift of part-time hours available between either 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM or 2 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 PM.
  • Training starts mid-April.
  • Compensation : €12 / hour during training, €13 / hour once in production.
  • Technical Requirements :

  • Stable broadband internet with a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Hardware specifications :
  • Processor : 1.8GHz or faster (64-bit preferred).
  • RAM : 8GB or more.
  • Minimum of 10GB available storage.
  • Preferred screen resolution : 1920x1080.
  • Wired USB headset.
  • Operating System : Windows 11 or macOS 13 and above.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Required : High school diploma.
  • Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service (required).
  • 5 years’ experience preferred, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector with an understanding of supply chain operations.
