Job Summary
The Junior Sous Chef Pastry assists the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef in managing pastry kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods. This role combines hands-on pastry production , team supervision , menu support , and operational tasks to support daily service and special events.
