We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to support and drive our sales team operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales coordination background in the IT services and solutions industry, who can streamline processes, improve performance, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily sales operations and support the team with motivation and guidance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring timely lead conversion and client follow-up.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
- Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) with accurate sales data.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new sales staff.
- Handle complex client queries and negotiations as needed.
