We are on the lookout for a driven and detail oriented All Source Analyst to join our dynamic team in the CENTCOM AOR in Kuwait . This role is integral to our mission and offers a unique opportunity to influence our operations directly. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to :
- Conduct thorough all-source research and analysis to produce high-quality intelligence products
- Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to assess and exploit intelligence from multiple sources
Ensure the integration and correlation of data to enhance situational awareness.
Develop concise and actionable reports that clearly articulate findings and support decision-makingBrief senior leaders on analysis outcomes, fostering effective communication and understandingThis contract has four primary All-Source Analytical roles :

What You Bring :
Experience & Background :
Mid-Level :Possess an associate’s degree or three additional years of intelligence analysis experienceAt least four years of all-source research, analysis, and production experience, ideally within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agenciesSenior-Level :Possess a bachelor’s degree or eight additional years of intelligence analysis experienceAt least four years of all-source research, analysis, and production experience, ideally within the Department of Defense or equivalent government agenciesFormal All-Source Analytical training from a US Government source (military, DoD, DIA, etc.)Familiarity with standard intelligence analysis tools and a strong proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications for reporting and presentationsYou thrive in high-pressure environments and are adept at meeting tight deadlines without compromising qualityPossess active TS / SCI clearanceOSINT Focus :Joint Service OSINT Training (OS1, OS301, OS302 or equivalent DIA training)Subject Matter Expert (SME) Focus :USCENTCOM Area of Operations and Area of Influence regional political / military science background - Special emphasis on Russia, Turkey, Iran, ISIS, Syria, Iraq, JordanStrong briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate information to senior members of the intelligence communityBenefits
Preferred Qualifications :
Exceptional analytical and research skills, with a knack for distilling complex information into clear insights.Willingness to deploy OCONUS.Strong briefing capabilities, able to convey intricate findings to diverse audiences effectively.Familiarity with CENTCOM’s area of operations, especially regarding regional dynamics and intelligence practices.Requirements
