Key Responsibilities of Duty Engineer :
- experience on handling kitchen equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance throughout all areas of the hotel, including both front and back of house, interior and exterior.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel; replacing broken lamps, bedroom fixtures & fittings, carrying out general repairs & maintaining high standards to decor & paint work etc throughout the hotel.
