Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a proven track record of managing maintenance activities in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
