Head of Finance

We are partnered with a top holding Company based in Kuwait and are looking for a Head of Finance.

Job Overview :

To lead the finance department and provide crucial insights into financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. Plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all financial processes, managing the finance team, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Management : Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage the annual budget, track financial performance, and provide analysis on variances.
• Cost Control : Identify areas to reduce costs and improve efficiencies, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Internal Controls : Ensure the integrity of financial statements by establishing strong internal controls and compliance processes.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
• Team Leadership : Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring professional growth and alignment with department objectives.
• Risk Management : Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring a robust risk management framework.
